Pemilihan Saham Dan Pembentukan Portofolio Optimal Menggunakan Data Envelopment Analysis Dan Single Index Model

ABSTRACT
The capital market is a place for investors to invest, because investment is a promising alternative. In investing there are two things that must be considered by investors, namely returns and risks. Investors realize that in investing, the higher the profit offered, the higher the risk. The distribution of funds is not only done on one share, but on several stocks in the form of portfolios. The problem of portfolio in efficient stock selection and allocation of funds with optimal results is very important. By using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method to determine stocks with efficient performance based on ratio analysis such as EPS (Earning Per Share), ROE (Return On Equity), ROA (Return On Asset), PER (Price Earning Ratio) , DER (Debt Earning Ratio) and the level of profit (return) and risk of each share. With the selection of several efficient stocks, an optimal portfolio is formed using the Single Index Model method to determine how much proportion of funds is invested in each share. From 30 IDX30 index stocks on IDX and data on company annual report p. By using the DEA-CCR and DEA-BCC models, 13 efficient stocks are created as prospective stock forming portfolios. Furthermore, with the Single Index Model method, of the 13 selected stocks 11 optimal stocks are ASII (0.13%), BBCA (19.15%), BSDE (0.54%), GGRM (12.04%), HMSP (12.16%), ICBP (0.003%) , INTP (11.55%), KLBF (9.13%), SRIL (0.59%), SSMS (0.23%) and UNVR (29.15%).
