Generalized Cross Validation (GCV). Data in sample yang digunakan sebanyak
data in sample sebesar 4,70% dan pada data out sample sebesar 14,16%, dimana
pemerintah pusat.

ABSTRACT
Money supply is one of the factors cause of the problem of the macro-economic
indicators in indonesia that is inflation. Therefore needs to be done a proper
analysis to model the money supply and the factors that influence it. This study is
using 1 parametric components variable (X) and 2 nonparametric measure of
components variable (T1 and T2) that affects the money supply. So a proper
modeling is semiparametric regression. Nonparametric components will be using
spline regression method by selection of optimal knots point using a generalized
cross validation method (GCV). Data in sample is used as much as 60 data that is
taken from October 2009 to September 2014, meanwhile out sample that is used
as much as 6 data from October 2014 to March 2015. Based on the results of the
analysis that has been done, obtained model of spline parametric regression is
located on optimal combination of 2 point of knots with order of 4 (cubic) for T1
and order of 3 (quadratic) for T2. Evaluation result of the model for the value of
Mean of Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) data in sample is around 4,70% and
the data on out sample is around 14,16%, where both MAPE value indicates that
the model that is produced is good. While the coefficient value that is determined
is around 0,92627088, where 92,63% of the money supply is affected by other
sector of claim, net foreign asset, and net government of claim.
