Distribusi Spasial Mikroartropoda Tanah Berdasarkan Jarak Yang Berbeda Dari Pantai Utara Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah

Laboratorium Ekologi dan Biositematik Departemen Biologi Fakultas Sains dan Matematika Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang, dibawah bimbingan Rully Rahadian dan Mochamad Hadi.
Mikroartropoda tanah merupakan fauna tanah yang berukuran kecil yang memiliki ukuran 0,02 mm – 0,17 mm. Distribusi fauna tanah suatu daerah tergantung pada keadaan lingkungan dan sifat biologisnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji distribusi spasial dan struktur komunitas mikroartropoda tanah di beberapa lokasi yang memiliki jarak berbeda dari pantai utara Kota Semarang. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2017 hingga Juni 2018. Sampling dilakukan di tiga lokasi yang bereda, yakni area sekitar Stasiun Tawang, area Kampus Undip Pleburan, dan area Taman Cemoro Songo. Sampel diektraksi dan diidentifikasi di Laboratorium Ekologi dan Biositematik, serta dilakukan analisis tanah dan bahan C-organik di Laboratorium Mekanika Tanah dan Laboratorium Lingkungan. Hasil identifikasi ditemukan 53 spesies terdiri dari 14 ordo dan 11 famili. Distribusi mikroartropoda hampir seluruhnya termasuk dalam distribusi mengelompok. Keanekaragamn yang dihasilkan termasuk dalam golongan sedang dengan nilai H’2,59-2,98. Kelimpahan mikroartropoda dominan paling banyak terdapat pada area Taman Cemoro Songo. Kemerataan termasuk dalam kategori kemerataan tinggi dengan lokasi paling tinggi yakni area Taman Cemoro Songo dengan nilai 0,93. Kesamaan taksa termasuk dalam kategori rendah dengan nilai 10,26%-19,35%.

Soil microartropods are small sized of soil fauna that is 0.02 mm - 0.17 mm. Distribution of soil fauna of an area depends on the condition of environment and the characteristic of biologic. The objective of this research is to determine the distribution of spatial and structure community of soil microartropods in several locations that have different distance from the northern coast of Semarang City. The research was conducted at December 2017 until June 2018. Sampling was conducted at three different locations, that is area around of Tawang Station, the Undip Pleburan Campus area, and the Cemoro Songo Park area. Samples were extracted and identified at the Ecology and Biocytic Laboratory, and analysis of soil and C-organic material at the Soil Mechanics Laboratory and Environmental Laboratory. The results of identification found 53 species consist of 14 ordo and 11 families. The distribution of all microartropods are almost included in clumped distributions. The diversity results are included in the medium class with the value of H '2.59-2.98. The abundance of microartropods is dominated by Acari and Collembola. The Evenness are included in the highest evenness categories with the highest location with a value of 0.93. The similarity of taxa are included in the lowest categories with a value of 10.26% -19.35%.
