Rancang Bangun Sistem Sortir Berdasarkan Massa Dan Ketinggian Benda Berbasis Mikrokontroler Atmega 2560
ABSTRAK
Proses pemisahan produk berdasarkan berat yang dilakukan secara manual oleh pekerja biasanya sering terjadi kesalahan dan memerlukan lebih banyak waktu. Untuk mengurangi resiko kesalahan manusia tersebut diperlukan suatu sistem yang otomatis. Dengan pemanfaatan mikrokontroler arduino sebagai pusat pemrosesan sistem pemilah dibuat menggunakan sensor ulrasonik untuk mendeteksi ketinggian benda dan sensor load cell untuk mendeteksi massa benda. Pengujian hasil menunjukan pengukuran yang tidak sesuai dengan nilai yang ditentukan oleh pengguna, barang akan didorong oleh motor servo sehingga terpisah menuju kotak sortir. Dengan toleransi ukur sebesar 2,5 gr dan 0,2 cm

The process of separating products manually by worker usually often mistakes and require more time. To reduce the risk of human error an automatic systems are needed. By using the arduino as the center of the proses the sorting system made by using ultrasonic sensor for detect the heigh of object and loadcell sensor for detect the wight of object. If the measurement result is not match with the set point , the object will be push by servo motor so the object will separate to sorting box. The test result show if the any object with weight dan height doesn’t match with the set point , so the object will sorted to sorting box. With tolerant measurement 2,5 gr and 0,2 cm
