Perangkat Lunak Pengukuran Efisiensi Kinerja Minimarket Menggunakan Data Envelopment Analysis Dengan Pemodelan CCR Input-Oriented
ABSTRAK
Dalam meningkatkan kualitas terhadap suatu minimarket diperlukan adanya pengukuran
efisiensi kinerja. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya, dinyatakan bahwa kontrol manajerial
perusahaan terdiri dari variabel input untuk mengukur efisiensi kinerja, seperti biaya
operasional, biaya administrasi dan biaya penjualan. Pengelolaan input yang baik akan
meningkatkan variabel output berupa jumlah pendapatan dan profit. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) dengan pemodelan CCR InputOriented untuk membantu pengukuran kinerja terhadap 5 Decision Making Unit (DMU).
Metode DEA dengan pemodelan CCR Input-Oriented bertujuan untuk mengurangi nilai
variabel input dalam mencapai suatu nilai variabel output. Penelitian dilakukan dengan
membandingkan nilai efisiensi antar DMU. Hasil uji coba dengan data mendapatkan hasil
bahwa DMU 2 merupakan yang paling efisien dengan nilai efisiensi = 1. Sedangkan 4 DMU
lainnya belum efisien atau nilai efisiensinya < 1. DMU yang sudah efisien akan menjadi
benchmark dari DMU yang belum efisien. Perangkat Lunak Pengukuran Efisiensi Kinerja
Minimarket akan memberikan gambaran mengenai kondisi DMU. Aspek yang digunakan
dalam usability testing yaitu effectiveness, efficiency, learnability, dan satisfaction. Uji coba
perangkat lunak dengan pengguna menunjukkan nilai usability testing terhadap aktor admin
yaitu effectiveness 87,5%, efficiency 80,56%, learnability 88%, dan satisfaction 96%.
Sedangkan hasil usability testing terhadap aktor supervisor yaitu effectiveness 86,67%,
efficiency 81,37%, learnability 84%, dan satisfaction 88%.

ABSTRACT
To improve the quality of a minimarket requires the measurement of performance efficiency.
Based on previous research, it is stated that the managerial control of the company consists
of input variables to measure performance efficiency, such as operational cost,
administration cost and selling cost. Good input management will increase the output
variable in terms of the amount of income and profit. This research uses Data Envelopment
Analysis (DEA) method with CCR Input-Oriented modeling to assist performance
measurement of 5 Decision Making Units (DMU). DEA method with CCR Input-Oriented
modeling aims to reduce the value of input variables in achieving an output variable value.
The study was conducted by comparing the efficiency value between DMUs. The results of
the test with the data obtained result that DMU 2 is the most efficient with the value of
efficiency = 1. While the other 4 DMUs were inefficient or had efficient value < 1. The
efficient DMU value became the benchmark of inefficient DMU values. The Minimarket
Performance Efficiency Measurement Software will provide an overview of DMU
conditions. Aspects used in usability testing are effectiveness, efficiency, learnability, and
satisfaction. Software testing with users shows usability testing value of the actor admin
which are effectiveness 87.5%, efficiency 80.56%, learnability 88%, and satisfaction 96%.
While the results of usability testing on supervisor actor are effectiveness 86.67%, efficiency
81.37%, learnability 84%, and satisfaction 88%.
