Evaluasi Dosis Setara Efektif Pernafasan Pada Potensi Tenorm Hasil Pembakaran Batubara Di Pltu Rembang

Evaluasi dosis setara efektif pada potensi TENORM dengan saringan udara di sekitar PLTU Rembang telah dilakukan melalui perhitungan konsentrasi aktivitas 226Ra, 228Ra, 232Th, 40K dan peningkatannya kemudian ditentukan dosis setara efektif melalui pernafasan terakumulasi selama 1 tahun dan distribusinya untuk orang dewasa laki-laki dan perempuan. Penentuan lokasi pengambilan sampel didasarkan atas SNI 19-7119.6-2005. Metode pengambilan sampel didasarkan atas SNI 19-7119.3-2005 dengan saringan udara PM2,5, PM10 dan TSP. Analisis sampel pajanan radiasi Gamma didasarkan atas SNI 1070.3-2009 menggunakan metode spektrometri Gamma dengan detektor HPGe dan software Maestro 2. Konsentrasi aktivitas 226Ra, 228Ra, 232Th, 40K pada sampel saringan PM2,5 sebesar (35,5±2,89)x10-9 Bq/m3 - (4569,08±140,72)x10-9 Bq/m3 meningkat 134% - 4061%, sampel saringan PM10 sebesar (6,13±0,43)x10-9 Bq/m3 - (522,15±21,47)x10-9 Bq/m3 meningkat 180% - 1424% dan sampel saringan TSP sebesar (0,41±0,03)x10-9 Bq/m3- (11,66±0,75)x10-9 Bq/m3 belum diketahui peningkatannya. Konsentrasi aktivitas seluruh radionuklida belum melebihi Nilai Batas Radioaktivitas Lingkungan (NBRL) menurut PERKA BAPETEN Nomor 16 Tahun 2013. Dosis setara efektif melalui pernafasan selama 1 tahun dan distribusinya untuk orang dewasa laki-laki dan perempuan pada sampel saringan PM2,5 sebesar 8,67x10-4 mSv dan 5,71x10-4 mSv terdistribusi tertinggi di Dusun Trahan, saringan PM10 sebesar 5,14x10-5 mSv dan 3,39x10-5 mSv terdistribusi tertinggi di Dusun Pangkalan Wetan, sampel saringan TSP sebesar 3,15x10-6 mSv dan 2,08x10-6 mSv terdistribusi tertinggi di Dusun Krajan. Dosis setara efektif pada setiap lokasi belum melebihi Nilai Batas Dosis (NBD) menurut PERKA BAPETEN Nomor 16 Tahun 2013.

ABSTRACT
Evaluation of inhalation effective equivalent dose on TENORM’s potency from Coal-Fired at Rembang CPP has been done using calculation activity concentration natural radionuclides 226Ra, 228Ra, 232Th, 40K and its enhancement then determine effective equivalent dose calculation through inhalation for a year accumulated and its distribution for male and female. Determination of sampling site is based on SNI 19-7119.6-2005. The sampling method is based on SNI 19-7119.3-2005 within filter PM2,5, filter PM10 and filter TSP. The analysis of Gamma radiation exposure was based on SNI 1070.3-2009 using Gamma spectrometry’s methode with HPGe detector and Maestro 2 software. Activity concentration of 226Ra, 228Ra, 232Th, 40K on the filter PM2,5 is (35,5±2,89)x10-9 Bq/m3 - (4569,08±140,72)x10-9 Bq/m3 were enhanced for 134% - 4061% from 2010, on the filter PM10 is (6,13±0,43)x10-9 Bq/m3 - (522,15±21,47)x10-9 Bq/m3 were enhanced for 180% - 1424% and on the filter TSP is (0,41±0,03)x10-9 Bq/m3 - (11,66±0,75)x10-9 Bq/m3 were unknown for its enhancement. All of the radionuclide’s activity concentration were under the Environmental Radioactivity Limit (NBRL) from PERKA BAPETEN Number 16 on 2013. Effective equivalent dose through the inhalation for a year accumulated and its distribution for male and female on the filter PM2,5 is 8,67x10-4 mSv and 5,71x10-4 mSv were highest distributed at subvillage Trahan, on the filter PM10 for male and female is 5,14x10-5 mSv and 3,39x10-5 mSv were highest distributed at subvillage Pangkalan Wetan, on the filter TSP for male and female is 3,15x10-6 mSv and 2,08x10-6 mSv were highest distributed at subvillage Krajan. All of the effective equivalent dose from each sampling sites were under the Dose Limit (NBD) from PERKA BAPETEN Number 16 on 2013.
