Pembuatan Membran Paduan Kitosan Taut Silang Asam Suksinat/PVA-PEG Cangkok Heparin dan Aplikasi pada Transpor Kreatinin
ABSTRAK
Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai pembuatan membran paduan kitosan taut silang asam suksinat, paduan PVA-PEG serta cangkok heparin dan aplikasi pada transpor kreatinin. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan senyawa sintesis kitosan taut silang asam suksinat cangkok heparin dan membuat membran paduan senyawa hasil sintesis dengan PVA-PEG, serta mengetahui karakter kimia dan fisika membran meliputi : gugus fungsi, serapan air, kuat tarik, ketahanan pH, ketebalan, biodegradasi dan transpor kreatinin serta uji reuse. Hasil karakterisasi gugus yang dihasilkan menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi ikatan secara kimiawi pada reaksi taut silang asam suksinat dan cangkok heparin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase serapan air membran sebesar 259,56% yang memiliki ketebalan 0,018 cm dengan persentase regangan sebesar 44,85% pada gaya sebesar 1,81% MPa. Membran tidak dapat bertahan pada kondisi asam. Membran dapat terdegradasi sempurna pada minggu ketiga. Persentase transpor terhadap kreatinin sebanyak tiga kali pengulangan adalah sebagai berikut 29,43%; 26,36%; dan 27,18%.

ABSTRACT
Manufacture of blending membrane of chitosan crosslinking succinic acid/PVA-PEG grafting heparin and application in creatinine transport has been studied. The aim of study was producing synthesis compound of chitosan crosslingking succinic acid grafting heparin and making blending membrane of synthesis compound with PVA-PEG, and knowing the chemistry and physics characterization include: functional group, water uptake, tensile strength, pH resistance, thickness, biodegradation and creatinine transport and reuse test. The result of characterization of the resulting group showed that chemical bonding of crosslinking succinic acid and grafting heparin had been occured. The results showed that the percentage of water uptakeof membrane was 259.56% which had a thickness was 0.018 cm with a percentage of elongation was 44.85% in the given force was 1.81% MPa. The membrane could not resistance in acidic conditions. The membranes could be perfectly degraded in the third week. Percentage of creatinine transport as much as three times of repetition is as follows 29,43%; 26.36%; and 27.18%.
