Sistem Penilaian Kinerja Dengan Metode Balanced Scorecard Dan AHP (Studi Kasus: Departemen Ilmu Komputer Fakultas Sains Dan Matematika Universitas Diponegoro)
ABSTRACT
Accreditation is one form of assessment (evaluation) the quality and feasibility to college
intitutions. To improve or maintain the accreditation, Department of Computer Science
Faculty of Science and Mathematics of Diponegoro University must improve the quality of
its performance to know the quality of its performance. To know the quality of performance,
a performance appraisal system that collaborates on financial and nonfinancial performance
assesments is reqired. The performance appraisal system uses the Balanced Scorecard (BSC)
and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. BSC is a performance evaluation method
that collaborating the evaluation at the finance sector and nonfinance sector, this method also
translates vison, mission, and strategy into stratefic network goal that previously aimed and
KPI that falls into BSC perspectives are customers, finances, internal business process, and
learn and growth. KPI weighed using AHP method. This research use waterfall as a software
process model. The research confirm combination between BSC and AHP provides a valid
methodology for obtaining the necessary criteria and indicator weights to evaluate the
performance. This research produces a performance value based on BSC persprective in a
yearly periodic time.
