Analisis Penerimaan Teknologi M-learning dengan Integrasi Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan IS Success Model
ABSTRAK
Mobile learning (m-learning) merupakan salah satu jenis layanan pendidikan yang dibuat
untuk mempermudah proses pembelajaran untuk semua kalangan. Pengguna m-learning
dapat melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar hanya dengan perangkat mobile yang mereka
punya. Analisis penerimaan teknologi mengenai m-learning dilakukan untuk mengetahui
faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam menggunakan teknologi m-learning. Pada
penelitian ini model yang diusulkan adalah integrasi antara Technology Acceptance Model
(TAM) dan IS Success Model. Penelitian dilakukan selama satu bulan yaitu dari 21 Juni
sampai dengan 18 Juli 2020 di Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini juga terkumpul data sebanyak
152 responden. Untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel laten dan indikatornya serta
hipotesis yang dirancang pada penelitian digunakan Partial Least Square – Structural
Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Metode PLS-SEM ini digunakan untuk analisis statistik
inferensial terhadap data yang telah dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
variabel education quality dan service quality pada IS Success Model berpengaruh poisitif
yang signifikan terhadap variabel user satisfaction. Selain itu, variabel perceived usefulness
pada model TAM berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap variabel intention to use.
Sedangkan variabel perceived ease of use pada model TAM tidak memiliki pengaruh yang
signifikan terhadap variabel intention to use. Variabel user satisfaction dan intention to use
memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap variabel learning effectiveness. Hal ini
menunjukkan bahwa integrasi antara model TAM dan IS Success Model mampu
menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan kesuksesan teknologi mlearning.

ABSTRACT
Mobile learning (m-learning) is one type of educational service created to facilitate the
learning process for all people. M-learning users can do teaching and learning activities only
with the mobile devices they have. Analysis of technology acceptance regarding m-learning
is done to find out the factors that influence in using m-learning technology. In this study
the proposed model is the integration between Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and
IS Success Model. The study was conducted for one month from June 21 to July 18, 2020 in
Indonesia. In this study also collected 152 data from respondents. To test the relationship
between latent variables and indicators also hypotheses designed, this studied was used
Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The PLS-SEM method is
used for inferential statistical analysis of the data that has been collected. The results showed
that the variable education quality and service quality on the IS Success Model had a
significant positive effect on the variable user satisfaction. In addition, the perceived
usefulness variable in the TAM model has a significant positive effect on the intention to
use variable. While the perceived ease of use variable in the TAM model does not have a
significant effect on the intention to use variable. The variable user satisfaction and intention
to use have a significant positive effect on the learning effectiveness variable. This shows
that the integration between the TAM model and the IS Success Model was able to explain
the factors that influence the acceptance and success of m-learning technology.
