Analisis Web Usage Mining Menggunakan Metode Modified Gustafson–Kessel Clustering dan Association Rule pada Website Universitas Diponegoro

ABSTRAK
Salah satu cara yang bisa dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan pengembangan
website adalah dengan mengetahui dan memahami perilaku pengunjung websitenya. Web log file adalah file yang berisi pola aktivitas user selama mengakses
website. Web log file dari website Universitas Diponegoro akan diproses
menggunakan metode Modified Gustafson-Kessel Clustering dengan jumlah
cluster dua hingga enam cluster. Proses clustering menghasilkan jumlah cluster
sebanyak dua dan tiga. pengunjung di cluster pertama untuk jumlah cluster 2
membutuhkan informasi mengenai daya tampung dan pengunjung di cluster
kedua membutuhkan informasi mengenai Fakultas Teknik. Hasil pola pengunjung
yang didapat pada jumlah cluster 3 adalah pada cluster pertama pengunjung
website cenderung membutuhkan informasi mengenai Fakultas Kedokteran. Pada
cluster kedua pengunjung cenderung membutuhkan informasi mengenai kalender
penerimaan mahasiswa baru dan pengunjung di cluster ketiga cenderung
membutuhkan informasi mengenai Fakultas Teknik.

ABSTRACT
Visitor pattern information is one way to optimize website development.
Web log files are files that contain patterns of user activity while accessing a
website. The web log file from website of Diponegoro University will be
processed using Modified Gustafson-Kessel Clustering method with two to six
clusters. Clustering produces two and three clusters. The results of visitor patterns
obtained in the number of clusters 2, visitors need information about the capacity
in the first cluster and visitors need information about the Faculty of Engineering
in the second cluster. The results of the visitor pattern obtained in cluster 3 are
visitors needing information about the Faculty of Medicine in the first cluster.
visitors need information about the new student admission calendar In the second
cluster and visitors in the third cluster need information about the Faculty of
Engineering.
