Efek Serbuk Kunyit dan Kurkumin terhadap Status darah (Mus musculus L.) yang Diberi Minuman Beralkohol (Ciu)

terhadap Status Darah (Mus musculus L.) yang Diberi Minuman Beralkohol
(Ciu). Dibawah bimbingan Silvana Tana dan Tyas Rini Saraswati.
Ciu merupakan minuman tradisional yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan pada
hati. Kerusakan hati menyebabkan gangguan regulasi eritropoiesis. Kandungan
kurkumin dalam kunyit memiliki kemampuan sebagai hepatoprotektor. Penelitian
ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh serbuk kunyit dan kurkumin terhadap status
darah mencit (Mus musculus L.) yang diberi minuman beralkohol (ciu). Penelitian
ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan 20 ekor (Mus
musculus L.) jantan berbobot seragam yaitu 0.03 kg, dibagi kedalam 4 kelompok
perlakuan dan 5 kali ulangan. R0 (Mus musculus L.) merupakan kontrol,
R1(Mus musculus L.) kontrol positif yang hanya diberi alkohol (ciu), R2 (Mus
musculus L.) yang telah diberikan alkohol (ciu) kemudian diberi serbuk kunyit,
R3 (Mus musculus L.) yang telah diberi alkohol (ciu) kemudian diberi serbuk
kurkumin. Pemberian alkohol (ciu) sebanyak 0.02 cc, 1x sehari selama 2 minggu,
kemudian diberi serbuk kunyit 0.1 g dan 0.01 g kurkumin, 1x sehari selama 30
hari. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji ANNOVA, dilanjutkan uji Duncan pada
taraf signifikasi 95%. Hasil penelitian berbeda nyata (P0.05) terhadap jumlah eritrosit dan kadar hemoglobin.
Berdasarkan penelitian pemberian serbuk kunyit 0.1 g dan serbuk kurkumin 0.01
g belum mampu meningkatkan bobot badan, jumlah eritrosit dan kadar
hemoglobin, akan tetapi berpotensi memperbaiki fungsi fisiologis dan
metabolisme (Mus musculus L).

Curcumin on the Blood Status of (Mus musculus L.) which Were Given an

Ciu is a traditional drink that can cause interference with the liver. Liver damage
causes impaired erythropoiesis regulation. The Study aimed to examine the
effect of turmeric powder and curcumin on the blood status of mice (Mus
musculus L.) which were given the alcoholic drinks (ciu). This study used a
Completely Randomized Design (CRD), with 20 male (Mus musculus L.)
uniformly weighted at 0.03 kg, which was divided into 4 treatment groups and 5
replications. R0 (Mus musculus L.) was a control, R1 (Mus musculus L.) control
positive which was only given alcohol (ciu), R2 (Mus musculus L.) which has
been given alcohol (ciu) then given turmeric powder, R3 (Mus musculus L.) that
has been given alcohol (ciu), then given curcumin powder. Giving alcohol (ciu) as
much as 0.2 cc, 1x a day for 2 weeks, then given turmeric powder 0.1 g and 0.01 g
curcumin, 1x a day for 30 days. Data were analyzed using ANNOVA test,
followed by Duncan test at 95% significance level. The results of the study were
significantly different (P 0.05) on the number of erythrocytes and hemoglobin levels. Based on
research giving 0.1 g turmeric powder and 0.01 g curcumin powder has not been
able to increase body weight, erythrocyte count and hemoglobin levels, but has
the potential to improve the physiological and metabolic functions of (Mus
musculus L.)
