Metode Fuzzy ANP-TOPSIS Berbasis Teori Kemungkinan dengan Pendekatan Bilangan Fuzzy Segitiga
ABSTRAK
Pemilihan alternatif terbaik dari masalah pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria (MCDM) dapat diselesaikan dengan metode fuzzy ANP dan fuzzy TOPSIS berbasis Teori Kemungkinan. Fuzzy ANP yang digunakan dikenalkan oleh Chang dan disebut Fuzzy ANP Extent Analysis. Fuzzy ANP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot elemen. Perhitungan bobot elemen didasarkan pada matriks perbandingan berpasangan antar elemen menggunakan variabel linguistik dengan konsep bilangan fuzzy segitiga. Perbandingan antar elemen didasarkan pada penilaian para pengambil keputusan. Penilaian matriks perbandingan berpasangan disebut konsisten jika nilai konsistensi rasio (CR) ≤ 0.1. Metode fuzzy TOPSIS berbasis teori kemungkinan digunakan untuk menentukan peringkat alternatif. Penambahan teori kemungkinan pada metode TOPSIS supaya diperoleh alternatif terbaik yang mempunyai pengembalian tertinggi dan resiko terendah. Pada studi kasus penentuan bidang kerja terbaik di Himpunan Mahasiswa Matematika UNDIP periode 2018 dengan menggunakan metode ANP-TOPSIS berbasis teori kemungkinan dengan pendekatan bilanggan fuzzy segitiga diperoleh bahwa bidang kerja Networking Information and Communication merupakan bidang kerja terbaik dengan integrasi kedekatan koefisen sebesar 0.62.

ABSTRACT
Determining the best alternative from multiple criteria decision making problem can be solved with fuzzy ANP and fuzzy TOPSIS based on possibility theory method. Fuzzy ANP in this paper is introduced by Chang and called Fuzzy ANP Extent Analysis. Fuzzy ANP is used to determine the weight of element. Calculation of element weight is based on matrix pairwise comparison between element using variable linguistic with triangular fuzzy number concept. Comparison between element is based on the rating from decision makers. Rating for matrix pairwise comparison is called consistent if the value of consistency ratio (CR) ≤ 0.1. Fuzzy TOPSIS based on possibility theory method is used to rank the alternatives. The addition of possibility theory for TOPSIS method to be obtained the best alternative that have high return and low risk. In the case study of selecting the best field of work on Himpunan Mahasiswa Matematika UNDIP in the 2018-2019 term with triangular fuzzy number approach in ANP and TOPSIS based on possibility theory is obtained that field of work Networking Information and Communication is the best field of work with the value of closeness coefficient is 0.62.
