350 masl (District Batuwarno and Baturetno), 400 - 500 masl (District
Slogohimo), 510 - 550 masl (District Jatiroto), dan 560 - 650 masl (District
Karangtengah). Analysis of all specimen it has carried out in Laboratory of
Structure Biology and Plant Function Faculty of Science and Mathematics
Diponegoro University. The research used completely randomized design (CRD).
The data were analyzed statisticaly using ANOVA in 95 % significance test.

of Piper betle L, although there are not significantly different (P>0,05).
